1. Orders & Custom Products

All our products are custom-made (3D figurines and personalised items). Once an order has been confirmed and production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

2. Payments

Full payment (or deposit where applicable) is required before production begins. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

3. Production Time

Production times vary depending on the complexity of the order. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase. Delays caused by incorrect information or late approvals are not the responsibility of Memoria3D.

4. Cancellation Policy

* Cancellations are only accepted before production has started.

* Once production has begun, no cancellations will be allowed due to the custom nature of the product.

5. Refund Policy

* Refunds are only issued if Memoria3D is unable to fulfil your order.

* No refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress custom work.

* In the rare case of a defective or incorrect item caused by us, we will offer a correction, replacement, or partial refund where appropriate.

6. Returns

Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or not as agreed upon.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all details (photos, designs, spelling, etc.) provided are correct before approval and production begins.
