Rule 1: Orders and Customization

By placing an order with Memoria 3D, you confirm that all photos, measurements, text, and customization details provided are accurate. As our products are custom-made, the final product may vary slightly from digital previews due to the 3D printing process. Memoria 3D reserves the right to refuse content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

Rule 2: Payments, Shipping, and Returns

Full payment is required before production begins. Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on demand, customization requirements, and courier services. Custom-made products are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs.

Rule 3: Liability and Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, product descriptions, and website content remain the property of Memoria 3D unless otherwise stated. Customers retain ownership of photos and content they submit but grant Memoria 3D permission to use such materials for the purpose of fulfilling orders. Memoria 3D shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
